A warehouse in Big Ambitions is your storage, import and distribution hub in one building. To function it needs pallet shelves, a delivery driver, and a logistics manager seated at a desk in your headquarters — the manager is assigned to the warehouse through the HQ BizMan, not in person.
Pick a building with two vehicle slots
H1, H2 and H3 warehouses have a slot for only one delivery vehicle, while I1–I3, P1–P3 and Q1–Q3 warehouses fit two. Community advice is to only use two-slot warehouses, because adding new businesses and managing deliveries from them is far easier. The proven maximum: one two-slot warehouse with two Freight Trucks T1 and two 100%-skill logistics managers can deliver to 16 businesses — driving a Freight Truck T1 requires a delivery driver with at least 95% skill.
Set up import contracts
Each import location along the pier carries different items, and each purchasing agent can only be assigned to one importer at a time. Contracts can be a one-time delivery or a repeating delivery that arrives at midnight on delivery day. Repeating deliveries use a target system: type 500, and if the warehouse holds 200, the importer attempts to deliver 300. Every order must clear the importer's minimum purchase price, and you need enough pallet shelves to receive the goods.

How warehouse deliveries work
The logistics manager tops stores up to the amount you set per item — if the store already holds the target (including items on display and storage shelves), nothing ships. You must keep enough shelf space free at the store to receive goods, because shipments leave once per day at 2 AM; if stores run dry during the day, raise the delivery targets. With a 50%-skill driver and a 100% logistics manager, a single-wide warehouse covers 8 delivery locations and a double-wide covers 16.
